Take Advice from Success

Opportunities

Never take advice from broke unhappy people. Grab opportunities & seize the day, dare to dream big & live out loud & outside of the box.

‘The world changers are not normal people, therefore they do not do what normal people do. You must be prepared to take friendly fire and be talked about by 99%, while they are sitting around the camp fire ‘- Napoleon.

The quote may seem a little aggressive and makes people feel uncomfortable. Why?

Too often in life we decide to just go along. Keep others around us happy. We don’t want to make people feel uncomfortable so we’re willing to not even chase our own dreams as a result. But does that make us happy? Are you happy?

If you’re not happy with where you’re at in life then perhaps it’s time to challenge those beliefs you have in yourself. Work out what’s holding you back.

If you be 100% honest and open with yourself you won’t find ‘blame’ in other people, your social situation, your upbringing.

I can guarantee you there are other people in the World who have achieved and yet have come from worse backgrounds, poorer, abusive upbringings, friends or people around them telling they would fail.

The difference is they took ownership of their situation. They found people who have been successful and modeled that behaviour rather than take advice from people who are unhappy and in the same current situation they found themselves in.

Be a World changer. Even if just in your World or those closest to you. Yeah you will take some criticism but that’s just an indication that you might just be shaking up that persons World, or at least their perception of it. That’s a good thing.

You have permission to do whatever it takes to get where you want to be in life, so long as you’re not harming others.

My Five Keys to Success:

1. Be honest with yourself always.

2. Know what you want and know the price you must pay.

3. Be willing to pay that price. Don’t just say you are, actually be willing to. (See Point 1).

4. Lift others up along the way. By your example, by your words and with your actions.

5. Be better than you were yesterday. Never stop trying to be better.
