If you’re sick and tired of not getting the results you wanted or hoped for, then it’s time to give my new 8 week Health & Fitness program a go.
On the 31st October I am commencing a new eight week program at Fighting for Fitness 3 Amy Street Albion (opposite the Breakfast Creek Hotel).
This program will offer you supervised training sessions on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. You can attend as many sessions as you like.
The sessions I will be personally running are:
Mon, Wed – 5:30am, 6:30am and 6:00pm
Fri – 5:30am and 6:30am
Sat – 6:00am
There will be extra sessions available on Tuesday and Thursday. These are unsupervised but each participant will have their very own sessions written out, specific to whatever their goals are.
Investment- This program is only $240 for the entire 8 weeks.
Remember if nothing changes then nothing changes. If you’re not happy with where you’re currently at then it’s time you tried something new.
As a Success Coach there will be weekly emails and video’s to keep you focused and keep your mindset strong. In my experience, a lot of people that have failed have done so because they’re not allowing their minds to be trained and grow at the same time. They don’t trust or believe in themselves and it makes sticking to an exercise program so much more difficult.
I am here to help you get through that.
