Based off 17 years in the Australian Army and almost as many years running fitness training and mindset coaching in the real world. This short sharp six week program is going to change the way you look, feel, think and act. I will focus on the mindset necessary to make real change in your life.
This is a six (6) week program that will aim to transform your life by focusing on assisting you to achieve individual results.
The sessions will be run at Fighting for Fitness, 3 Amy Street Albion (inside the Albion Park Greyhound Track).

If you want to achieve anything in life you have to take 100% responsibility for you. No one can do this for you, but I am here to do it with you.

It doesn’t matter what fitness level you currently have or what your current position or job status is. What matters is that you have a positive mindset and desire to live a happier and healthier life.

What’s the Investment?
The full Six Week program is $300 up front or $40 per week if you pay weekly.
It’s a ‘Personal Development Program’ not just a Fitness Program and will be receipted as such.

When and Where do I have to be?
- 5:30am, 6:30am and 5:30pm
- Monday, Wednesday and Friday (Friday there’s no night session)
- Fighting for Fitness – 3 Amy Street Albion
- Commences 28th June to 5th August 2016
This is not a military styled bootcamp where the aim is to smash you physically. Yes it’s based off years of physical training in the Army but the main focus there is to build people and teams, not to destroy them.
Forget the things you see in movies. The real goal is all inclusive fitness and challenges to utilise your fitness in ways that will carry over into your business, work and personal lives.
All fitness levels will be catered for.
